The Business Growth Bootcamp is a series of intense, focused coaching sessions carefully designed to help leaders in small to medium sized businesses Implement and Execute Marketing, Financial and Leadership Strategies that will help them dramatically and sustainably grow their business.

Our customized curriculum focuses on three critical core components for business growth:

Marketing: Besides increasing the number of your customers & clients, do you know the other 3 critical components that control your sales revenue and your profitability? Do your automated lead generation systems continually send you high quality sales leads that smooth out your cash flow? Don’t have an automated lead generation campaign system?

Finance:  Are you maximizing your profit margins?  Do you have access to growth capital?  Are you using your business budgeting process to prepare for future growth?  Are your company assets positioned to move your business forward? Are you measuring and assessing your most important financial growth metrics?  Are you using a real-time financial dashboard to make your important financial decisions?  Your participation in the Business Growth Bootcamp is your best opportunity to address important financial questions and to develop an action plan for excellence in financial decision-making.

The curriculum for the Business Growth Bootcamp is carefully designed to help you implement a holistic management strategy and tactics for your business. The standard fee is $6000, payable in advance.

The Business Growth Bootcamp, which takes place over a 6 month timeframe, is an intense process where we’ll be sharing and discussing information that can be confidential.  As a result, we carefully select the individuals and companies who will take part in this next bootcamp to avoid any awkward situations.

Can I pay only for the sessions I want to attend? 2018-04-11T18:47:11+00:00

Unfortunately, the Business Growth Bootcamp curriculum sequentially builds on itself.  Discussion materials for this month’s bootcamp session will rely heavily on concepts we’ve covered (and implemented) in previous sessions. The goal is that after completing all 6 sessions, you’ll have an integrated financial management process, marketing strategy, and leadership/team building  effort defined and implemented.

As a result, paying for and attending a single session would provide little value.

Each of the three coaches for this bootcamp are subject matter experts in their given field.  Based on decades of experience, they realize that very few business owners have an in-depth working knowledge or training for critical fundamental aspects of running a business.

In addition, marketing, financial management, and leadership aren’t topics that stand apart from each other, rather they integrate with each other to form a holistic and highly successful management strategy.  Teaching a management team the marketing secrets to rapidly and dramatically increase sales revenue is problematic if the business is unable to purchase the increased raw materials and inventory, or hire and train a team of qualified people to produce the products and services.

As a result Tom E, Tom T, and Scott M. pooled their expertise to develop a success strategy that takes a holistic and integrated approach to achieving rapid growth and increase in valuation.  Read more about their expertise on the ‘About’ page

That’s a valid concern. You won’t just be LEARNING about new management techniques and concepts to make more revenue and profits, you’ll be expected to put them into practice throughout the Business Growth Bootcamp.

The Business Growth Bootcamp has 3 designed outcomes, each of which could be life changing for you, your family, and your business. Can you expect this NOT to be hard?  Can you expect NOT to be pushed out of your comfort zone?  Probably the best thing we can do for you right now, at this moment, is have you to rethink your priorities and determine which path you want to take.

If you’re not prepared to make that commitment, the Business Growth Bootcamp will NOT be right for you.

In between our monthly, in-person sessions, we have a video conference call to discuss the latest material and the challenges that the group might be having during implementation.  In addition, each instructor has committed one hour per month of private consultation for each bootcamp member at no additional fee.  Make use of this allotted time slots to get caught up with the group.

I can no longer attend future sessions. Can I get a refund? 2018-04-11T18:57:15+00:00

Sorry there are no refunds. Much of the work in producing these monthly bootcamp sessions is done far in advance of the actual meetings. Consequently we’d request that you use whatever means you have to participate by using the private consultations, and attending the monthly webinar/group conference call.
